If after your first session you feel this work isn’t the right fit, I will refund your full payment — no questions asked. I only want to work with people who feel genuinely aligned with this process. Refund requests after Session 1 must be submitted within 7 days of that session by emailing kitt@kittmckillop.com.
All Other Products & Services
All other purchases- including Single Intensive Sessions, Standard Reiki Sessions, Standard Reiki 4-Packs, and Sound Bath Facilitation — are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please contact kitt@kittmckillop.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Sunday Sound Bath Donations
Donations made for Sunday Sound Baths are non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions.
*Please note that any full or partial refunds that involve credit card transactions can take up to 7 to 10 business days for processing. Every effort will be made by me to process any full or partial refunds in a timely manner.
