When you make a purchase: payment information processed securely through Square (we never see or store your full card details)

Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and cookies necessary for the site to function
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiries and booking requests
To send you booking confirmations and session reminders
To deliver the free Grounding Meditation you signed up for
To send occasional email updates if you’ve opted in through MailerLite (you can unsubscribe at any time)
To process payments securely through Square

We do not sell your personal information. Ever. We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

FluentBooking — appointment scheduling
Zoom — video sessions
Google Workspace — email

Your rights
You can request to see, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing kitt@kittmckillop.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
