About Kitt

From a very young age Kitt has been aware of the energetic exchange that occurs between people and all living things. A sense of higher consciousness that transcends the strict definitions imposed by religions but is evident in all spiritual teachings. Having experienced a series of traumatic events at a very young age, empathy and compassion have always been leading principles in her life. She first started out as a personal trainer, wanting to help clients achieve health and well being, but she realized something was still missing. Being fearful of being made fun of or being told she was making stuff up, she has been hesitant to put herself out there, but the call of helping people achieve health, well being, balance and peace from a spiritual perspective has become too great. 

Usui & Seichem Reiki Master/Teacher

Kitt received her Master/Teacher Usui & Seichem Reiki certification. In Reiki, the practitioner is a conduit for healing energy to flow from the universe to the client via attunement using intention and hand placements on or above the client. 

Certified Herbalist & Aromatherapist

Having received her herbalist and Aromatherapist certification, Kitt works with medicinal herbs and essential oils to help clients restore balance and wellbeing from a mind, body, soul perspective. She only uses the highest quality herbs and essential oils either grown herself, from local herb farms in the area, or from well known herbal and essential oil suppliers. She is not a medical professional and is therefore unable to diagnose and treat medical conditions. She is happy to work with medical professionals who are open to more holistic approaches to care.
