What is Reiki?

We are currently offering both in person and remote sessions. Clients can book Standard Sessions or In Depth Priority Sessions. For in person sessions the client lies on our massage table, fully clothed, while Reiki healing energy is delivered by either placing hands directly on the person or with hands raised about 6 inches above the body (based on client preference). 

For remote sessions: Once you have booked your session, we will send you some questions via email. When we receive your responses we will schedule a time to review them with you, briefly. We will also discuss any intentions you would like to set for your session. We will then perform your distance Reiki session at a mutually agreed upon time ,and we will set a time to have a review. We will then, perform distance Reiki while also tapping into your auric field and opening ourselves to receive any messages from your Guides, if they would like to offer any communication. We will review any findings during our 15 minute review (for a Standard Session) or our 45 minute review (for an In Depth Session). 

Standard Sessions are $80 and are 1 hour in length

In Depth Sessions are $140 and are 1 hour and 45 minutes in length

Online Only Course. Taught in six modules.

Do you get anxiety and/or have physical reactions when someone is describing an intense event to you? Do you often have the same physical reactions as a person telling you about something that happened to them, almost as if it's happening to you too? Have you ever had an emotional response to someone or something and wondered why?... It's not a way you would typically react? 

It could be happening because you are a highly sensitive person and/or an empathic person. But, that doesn't mean you are doomed to walk around around experiencing constant emotional rollercoasters. And it doesn't mean you can never go out in crowds again! This happens because our society doesn't do a good job of explaining how our individual energies feed off each other. 

You absolutely have a right to your own energetic autonomy! In order to do that you have to understand and feel your own energetic signature first. Learn how energy is exchanged between living beings and then learn how to ground and protect your own energy. So that you can enjoy being in large group settings, or be of help to others without taking their energy one and getting burned out. 

We learn about the Ancient's view of Energy, Sacred Geometry, Quantum Physics, the Chakra System and Auras. And I teach you how to harness your own energy, ground it, center it and shield it, as well as creating sacred space. I give you many somatic practices and meditations to use for the rest of your life.

Reiki I (Shoden)- The focus of this class is on the history and philosophy of Western Usui Reiki. The practitioner learns hand placements that aid in facilitating energetic healing on the physical plane for themselves and others. We also discuss developing a Reiki business.

Reiki II (Okuden)- MUST HAVE REIKI I ATTUNEMENTS TO TAKE REIKI II. 

This class is focused on learning the three Reiki Symbols: The Power Symbol, Mental Symbol and the Distance Symbol and their usage. The practitioner learns how to facilitate energetic healing from a distance and across time.

Reiki Master/Teacher III (Shinpiden)- 

MUST HAVE REIKI I & II ATTUNEMENTS TO TAKE REIKI MASTER/TEACHER TRAINING.

In the Master/Teacher training class, all Reiki energy is unlocked and complete Mastery can be achieved. You will learn two symbols: The Master Symbol and The Balance Symbol. We will also discuss other symbols that are in use. The focus for the practitioner is drawing everything together: physical, mental and spirit. In addition to receiving the Master/Teacher attunement, you will be taught how to provide attunements for students and will practice giving them.

2 day course can be taught hybrid or in person.
